session 2

ok so I guess I didn't get to writing this all down like I had planned to. so I'll do it now. Session two was about " I'm so far away from God..." Brad said this to us " How can you be far away from God if you're a believer?" There is nothing that we can do to get closer to him because he is in us. THe funny thing is tha tI had never realized this before. You would think since it is a simple truth I would have. It's very reasuring to hear that though.

some other stuff that happened on sat at the retrat was :
- Solo time which was awesome. we had 1.5hrs for this and I don't think it was enough. IT was weird though because the first 1/2 hr I thought wa slike an hr and the reat of the time I thought was like15-20 min so that was interesting. I went to swing for like the last hr or so and it was awesome. I imaginded my-self soring like an eagle with God. (it was very windy so it was easy to imagine t his). It was cool though because Friday I had seen an eagle soring above the school ( the fist time I had seen a bald eagle). When I got off the sings I did feel sick but thankfuly I got over that quick.
-girl/guy time was amazing the guys were resteling (how boring) lol. Us girls had like facials, hand massages and we did our nails. it was fun. I also ended up crimping a bunch of peales hair. And farn did mine too. It was awsome.
-during free time some of us girls decied to do make are own version of the Summer whitly skit. it was fun. we did it for the talent show
- the talant show was cool some people have amazing talent like "little" phil I wis I could break dance and I think he even beats Tim in the juggling area. oh and Dan peters and jeff peters halarious. Jeff can do exactly kips voice and Dan can not only do the voice of Naploian but he looks a bit like him too. It was one of the best talent shows I have seen.
